To be honest, LDP is much more better than I thought. Same as before, I still have lots weak points -- too shy to chat and didnt spend much time to read the info.

However, I'm so glad that our coaches are so great and so kind. In my team, both of coaches try to guide us in a right track. They never speak out the correct answer but always ask us questions when we need help. They show us how to break or decrease conflict of a meeting. Of course, they give us lots advice.

Kinda pity that I am always in a bad situation when we have such important events. However, the thing I learned from our coaches is I would never forget and I believe it would be useful in my whole life, no matter in job or in private life.

1. Well prepare
2. Willing to share
3. Don't push ppl
4. Encourage ppl
5. Guide ppl if you know more
6. how to decrease the degree of conflict
7. how to deal with a problem when no body wants to do that
8. Accept others opinion
9. To be a leader, the first thing you have to learn is listen
10. when you are in a situation that you r not so familiar or comfortable, ask some "open & probe" questions.

hmmmmm~ let me think if I miss any important thing
